In-Person Sister Check-In Circle | Highland Park, CA
 
In times when we need extra support, this circle is an invitation to pause, check in with yourself, and simply show up as you are. This gathering is a gentle space to receive, release, and acknowledge what we’ve been carrying—especially the heaviness held in the heart and soul.
Sister Circles were created with the intention of community, connection, and mutual support. We gather to be seen, held, and guided—without hierarchy. Everyone is welcome, regardless of how you identify. You are not alone in your journey.
Together, we will create a safe container to share what has been weighing heavy and to symbolically burn away emotions that are ready to be released. The circle will be supported with a guided meditation, sound bowl healing, and Reiki, allowing the nervous system to soften and the body to surrender.

Please bring a mat or blanket to lie on. No experience is needed—come exactly as you are.
You will receive an email the day before the circle with final details.
This is an in-person event. No refunds, exchanges, or future credits if you are unable to attend.
