I’m honored to be offering Reiki Level 1 once again as we begin in the season of spring—a time of renewal, awakening, and new beginnings. This will be an intimate circle, intentionally held to support deep learning, connection, and integration.
Reiki Level 1 is for you and your personal healing journey. In this training, you’ll learn the foundations and history of Reiki, receive your Level 1 initiation (attunement), and practice Reiki in a safe and supportive environment. This level focuses on self-healing and reconnecting with your body, intuition, and energy.
 
✨ Your journey continues beyond the classroom.
This training includes a prepared candle and guidance for a 21-day self-healing practice, along with an intuitively chosen crystal to support you as you integrate Reiki into your daily life and healing journey.
Level 1 is also the required foundation if you choose to continue to Reiki Level 2, where you learn to work with and support others. There is no pressure to move forward—this offering is an invitation to come exactly as you are and receive for yourself.

This training will be offered in person and live via Zoom on the same day.
The Zoom class will not be recorded. You must attend live to receive your initiation.
All times are PST.
There are no refunds or future credits if you are unable to attend. Please respect this policy.
You will receive an email the day before the class with final details and the Zoom link (if attending virtually).
When checking out, please include the name you would like on your Reiki Level 1 certificate in the Notes section if it differs from the name used to place your order.
